At Omni Knoweth LTD, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for all our products and services where Omni Knoweth operates.


All Products, Services, Websites and Projects Refund Policy


When you sign up for Omnik noweth products and services, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information, much of which is only available to active members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.

RPC1: If you have ordered, or you are going to order services from us that requires more than one day to deliver then you should ignore the statement above and wait for the day clearly stated on the page you have ordered for services, or you are going to order for the services.

RPC2: Because of the nature of our products and services, we can’t provide refunds for any products and services related to Omni Knoweth except stated otherwise on the sales page where you are reading information for the products or services.

RPC3: We would not give any partial refund(s) should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date. If you are paying on installment or book a spot for any of our product or services, and then later decide to ask for a refund for any reason or no reason along the line. We'll decline your refund request, so please think and be sure you are okay with our refund policy before transacting with us.


Protecting You as a Member

In the early days of Omni Knoweth product and services, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.

However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing our products and services, downloading the tools, watching the content, abusing them and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other clients and members, only to request a refund.

Because members of Omni Knoweth products and services gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects Omni knoweth clients & members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.

So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it really clear exactly how prodycts and services works and what’s in it, so you won’t have any bad surprises (only really good ones) when you sign up. And if you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us via support ticket here.

What to Do if You Have Paid for one or more of Omni Knoweth Products & Services and Aren’t Satisfied

We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for Omni Knoweth clients or members that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of Omni Knoweth Products & Services.

If you’re having trouble with building or you’re struggling to implement something taught after ordering for Omni Knoweth Products & Services, start by posting about it in the Omni Knoweth community. Omni and any other staffs are all active participants as are many other Omni Knoweth members, and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!

If there’s something you think is unclear or inadequately covered in the Omni knoweth Product & Services, course materials or tools, send a private message or tag @omniknoweth in the Omni Knoweth community.

For any other question, such as billing, access to Project 24 resources, or subscribing to the podcast, send a private message to @incomeschool-carissa in the Project 24 community, or reach out to her using the support email address provided to Project 24 members.

Exception to this Policy


RPC4: The Omni knoweth Product & Services return policy applies to new signups as well renewals. This policy also applies to old customer that have paid for one or more product or services before setting this policy.

Other Refund Policy 


RPC5: If a refund time is stated on the products or services page and a client or member fails to implement what he/she had paid for and delivered to, then request for refund. We would gladly decline the refund.


RPC5i: In a case for a product: For example, If the refund policy clear says 30 days on the sales page, you have to implement the information packaged inside the product you bought within 30 days.


RPC5ii: If at the end of 30 days, the seller fails to provide support and fix whatever issue you are having for the product or the information given is not as described on the sales page, you can message @omniknoweth directly or raise a support ticket here, and we would investigate your claim and if the seller is found guilty, we would refund you your money and then apply an infraction to the seller account.

When you purchase any of our products or services or premium"ly" signed up on any of our websites like https://www.inboxdirector.com , you gain access to several tutorials, frequently asked support questions, and contact options for reporting bugs, reporting billing and account issues, and requesting a refund (Only if you have meant our refund terms).
